Ms. Fashola is Of Counsel at Guldjian and specializes in personal injury matters and mass tort litigation. Molly is devoted to representing individuals who suffered catastrophic personal injuries and has worked on cases involving traumatic brain injury, dangerous conditions, automobile accident and trucking accidents. The passion for practicing law for Molly is embedded in the personal attention her provides to clients and seeking justice for those who suffered serious injury. Molly has extensive experience in legal writing and utilizes her analytical skills to present legal arguments to the Court.
Molly obtained her B.A. in Political Science/International Affairs with a minor in Philosophy from the University of California, Riverside and her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in Downtown San Diego where she served on the Student Bar Association, Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team, and a variety of other organizations. She previously clerked for the San Diego Superior Court, Kearny Mesa Branch. She is a member and analyst for Community Research Foundation (CRF) is a San Diego-based not-for-profit corporation providing behavioral health services to adults, children and families since 1980.
