Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrian accidents can happen in various different ways, whether it is during a daily run, crossing a crosswalk or unmarked street, or by simply walking on a sidewalk. More often than not, pedestrian accidents happen suddenly and unexpectedly. Unfortunately, pedestrian accidents often result in severe injuries that require long term medical care. Individuals are typically faced with an astronomical amount of medical bills and damages after being involved in an Orange County pedestrian accident.
California personal injury laws allow for individuals that have been injured in accidents, including pedestrian accidents to recover damages if another party’s negligence contributed to the accident. You may be entitled to monetary compensation, including medical costs, lost wages, and pain and suffering if you’ve been involved in a pedestrian accident.
At Guldjian & Fasel, our goal is to help you get through the difficult times that typically follow a pedestrian accident. We will help you with your medical concerns and related financial issues.
